History of the "Project"

This project is going to attempt to pick up where the ACR left off and be a whole lot faster and more predicatable from the get go, which is something the ACR did lack due to my inexperiance. The rather low tech approach to the fuel system didn't help because it was a real pain in the butt to tune.
